Returns policy

Whilst we hope that you will be completely satisfied with your items, we understand that sometimes items will need to be returned. Please read the following information regarding our Returns policy.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please notify us within 14 days of your wish to return an item. You then have 14 days from this notification to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank to confirm that the refund is not pending.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to make the necessary arrangements.


You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, postage costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at to find out how to return an item.
